Engineering the Homes We Want to Live In

We are an engineering-led real estate developer based in Seattle. Our work focuses on creating homes where architecture, engineering, and materials work together as a coherent system. Every project is approached with the same discipline found in engineering design: clarity of structure, thoughtful material selection, and careful execution.

We believe a home should be built first for quality living — not for superficial display.

"It is not the cheaper things in life that we want to possess, but the expensive things that cost less" – John Ruskin

A Different Starting Point

Our founder discovered his interest in real estate development while pursuing graduate studies.

While touring newly built homes on the market, he noticed a contradiction. Many houses looked

impressive at first glance, yet the materials, engineering, and construction quality often fell short of

what thoughtful design and modern technology could achieve.

That observation became the starting point for our company.

Instead of treating houses as short-term products, we approach them as engineered living

environments — places where design, materials, and construction methods are carefully integrated.

and mixed-use projects since 2016.

He holds engineering degrees from Peking University and the University of Washington, where

he earned a PhD in Robotics Engineering.

He is a co-inventor of the RAVEN Surgical Robot, now installed at institutions including Harvard

University, Johns Hopkins University, and University of California, Berkeley.

Today, he applies the same discipline of engineering, precision, and systems thinking to the

creation of homes.
